LadyHawk designs workshops are usually one or more all day workshops.  They are focused around the techniques applied to the various LadyHawk designs quilts and wearable art, and are packed full of new and innovative ways of manipulating fabric and thread, as well as tips that will help you be a better seamstress and quilter. 

I especially love to do workshops for guilds and quilting or sewing groups.  If you are a member of such a group, or just have a group of friends who would love to have one of my workshops, e-mail me and we will work out a deal where I come to you!

Most of my workshops are designed to be all day workshops.  Each incorporates different techniques used in my designs and are focused on learning to use new techniques.  They are structured with several demonstration periods, each followed by ample time for students to experiment 'hand-on' with the techniques.  They are pockets of time filled with creativity, designed to inspire you to 'try something new'.

Workshops are not pre-requisite - you may take them in any order you wish.  Nearly all of my workshops require only a 'confident beginner' skill level.  Although there is something there for the more experienced quilters and seamstresses, there's something there for everyone.  My workshops are full of new and innovative techniques, but none of them are difficult to do!  All I really expect is that you have some basic sewing skills and that you're reasonably familiar with your sewing machine.

Rate for a one and one half or two day workshop (10 - 12 hours) is $75.00 per student - minimum 10, maximum 20 students.
